Returns & Refunds Policy | سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد
Sold goods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All AUX units are inspected and tested before delivery, and every unit is covered by the manufacturer warranty below.
البضاعة المباعة لا تُرد ولا تُستبدل. تُفحص جميع وحدات أوكس وتُختبر قبل التسليم، وكل وحدة مشمولة بكفالة المصنع المبينة أدناه.
Manufacturer warranty | كفالة المصنع
- Warranty: 5 years / 1 year, covering parts and labour through the official service center. | الكفالة: 5 سنوات / سنة واحدة، تشمل القطع وأجور الصيانة عبر مركز الخدمة الرسمي.
- Warranty registration and the purchase invoice are required for any claim. | يتطلب أي طلب كفالة تسجيل الكفالة وإبراز فاتورة الشراء.
- The warranty does not cover tampering, fire or physical breakage. | لا تشمل الكفالة العبث أو الحريق أو الكسر.
- Warranty claims are submitted in writing to our service center. | تُقدَّم طلبات الكفالة خطياً إلى مركز الصيانة.
