Every price on auxjo.com includes 16% VAT, professional installation and delivery. Delivery is free within 48 hours in Amman and 72 hours in the other governorates. There are no hidden fees.
AUX wall-mounted inverter units start from 375 JD for the CU 1-ton and go up to about 700 JD for 2-ton models, all inclusive of VAT, installation and delivery. The APA floor-standing 4-ton unit is 1,300 JD. Discounts are available for multiple units and projects.
AUX Jordan units come with a 5-year / 1-year warranty covering parts and labour. Register your unit with the invoice after installation; claims are submitted in writing. The warranty is voided by tampering, fire or breakage and is not transferable to another owner.
Yes. Installation is included in the price and carried out by a specialised AUX team in about 30 to 60 minutes, including removal of your old unit. Extra copper piping beyond the standard length is 25 JD per metre. Installation work is itself covered by warranty. Installations are not carried out on weekends.

As a rule of thumb, 12,000 BTU (1 ton) cools a room of about 20 square metres. AUX Jordan stocks 1, 1.5, 2 and 4-ton sizes. Each room needs its own unit, as one unit cannot cool two rooms. Ask Auxy, our assistant, for a quick recommendation.
Yes. Every AUX model we sell is a DC inverter heat pump that both cools and heats, with Wi-Fi app control, R32 refrigerant, A+++ efficiency and air purification. The units are designed for Jordanian summers and run at outdoor temperatures up to 48 to 50°C, and they tolerate voltage fluctuation.
A cleaning or maintenance visit costs 25 to 35 JD with a response within 48 hours. The hotline +962 79 0322 222 is open daily 9am to 9pm. Spare parts are kept in stock, and we also repair units that are out of warranty.
Sold goods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, and the global 60-day policy does not apply in Jordan. Any manufacturing defect is fully covered by the warranty.
