Because each indoor zone can be controlled independently, the ARV7 lets building owners avoid running an entire floor’s cooling for one occupied room, cutting energy costs significantly at scale. It also pairs with AUX’s tenant billing solution, so building owners can meter and bill individual tenants for their actual energy use.
