Returns & Refunds

If following your request to return an item, you change your mind and wish to cancel your return request, you have the option to refuse the collection of the item when the courier contacts you to pick up the item.

You can also call our Customer Support and we will instruct the courier to terminate the collection from you and reverse the status of your order.

Items after installation are not subjected to refund and the decision is referred to AUX Jordan to refund or not refund after installation.
